These terms apply to this website and to joining the Korvalis waitlist. By using the site or submitting your email, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Mykola (Nick) Krykunov, a sole trader based in the European Union [registered address — to be added]. In these terms, "we", "us", and "Korvalis" refer to that operator. Contact: [email protected].
2. About Korvalis
Korvalis is a cloud security product in early development. This website describes the product and lets you join a waitlist. The product itself is not yet generally available, and nothing on this site is a binding offer to provide it.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about early access. It does not guarantee that you will receive access, that access will arrive by any particular date, or that any price or feature described on the site will apply when the product launches. Details may change as the product develops.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated scraping at scale, submit false or spam entries, or use it to break the law.
5. Intellectual property
The Korvalis name, logo, content, and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as normal for viewing the site.
6. No warranty
The site and any pre-launch information are provided "as is". We make no promises that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and pre-release descriptions may change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
